• Exchange:
  Exchanges are free and processed quickly.
  
  Once you contact our customer service, the courier will deliver the new item as soon as possible after confirming availability.

• Return:
  For returns, the courier will collect the item, inspect it, and refund the amount after verification. Refunds are issued in cash through the courier.

• Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Underwear, socks, and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
